A receptionist for the company’s School of Business for six years, I redefined the function to cover customer service duties. In addition to greeting and directing visitors to the quickness, I called for an active part in addressing problems and finding appropriate solutions, doing whatever was necessary to assure smooth operation of classroom facility.
